Human Resource Services

The Directorate of Human Resource Services headed by the Director is responsible for attraction, recruitment, induction and placement of highly qualified and competent staff, both teaching and non-teaching, necessary for smooth operations of the University. The Directorate also puts in place mechanisms for retaining the human resource through continuous training and provision of a conducive working environment for the staff.

Other areas that the Directorate is responsible for include:

  • Human Resource Information Management Systems (TUSOFT)
  • Labor/industrial Relations
  • Performance appraisal
  • Retirement benefits administration
