Members of the public and the corporate world were eager to partner with the institution. The academic staff led by all the DVC’s and Executive Deans were available to respond to questions and issue Information, Education and Communication materials in form of prospectus, brochures, newsletters, CDs and folders. They gave an in-depth explanation of what each programme in the faculty entailed.

The Chief Guest, the Minister for Tourism, Sports and Culture of Machakos County Ms. Faith Wathome Kithu said that she was impressed by the innovation by TU-K students and hoped that such innovations will be scaled up and commercialised in order to contribute to the growth of the Country.
