Prof. Evans Vidija Sagwa, is an Associate Professor of Business Administration - Human Resource Management and the Chairperson Department of Business and Management Studies at the Technical University of Kenya. Prof. Sagwa is an accomplished department chair with over 25 years of experience in academic leadership, programme design and development, proven track record of enhancing curriculum, fostering faculty collaboration and enhancing student success in a dynamic education environment.
Prof. Sagwa has played major roles in identifying and mapping out stakeholders for partnership engagement at the Technical University. He has sat in Research Committees guiding national policy and institutional frameworks for integration and collaboration, designed programmes for facilitation of access of the university to small business communities surrounding the university as well as programs for leading students to commercialization of emerging involved in championing the establishment of an innovation and technology Hub at the Technical University of Kenya.
