Special Graduation Ceremony to be Held in February 2026

The University has approved a second graduation ceremony for the 2024/2025 academic year to be held in February 2026. This special ceremony is intended for students who may miss the main graduation that was held on 25 th November, 2025, but who would have completed all requirements by then.

The Vice-Chabcellor, Prof, Benedict Mutua made this announcement during the 14 th Graduation Ceremony. The exact date and detailed programme for this second graduation ceremony will be communicated directly to eligible candidates and posted on the University website in due course. The VC said the degree and diploma certificates will be printed alongside those that will be processed after the February 2026 supplementary ceremony. The VC promised the graduands that their final transcripts are being processed and will be released alongside the degree and diploma certificates immediately they are ready.
