Valid Student Identification Cards And Signing Of Nominal Roll

Your attention is drawn to the subject matter above.

Our office has been made to understand that some students do not possess Valid Student Identification Cards. This may be attributted to negligence which has led to loss of the Students Identity Card or inability to collect the Student Cards from the Students Admissions Office.

In addition to the above, some students have not signed the nominal roll. You are advised to do so urgently so that your name will appear on the voters register which will be derived from the nominal roll.

Kindly note that SATUK Elections 2023/2024 will be held on 1st and 2nd of November 2023 and ONLY Valid Student Identification Cards will be used for registration of aspirants and identification of voters.

The purpose of this memo is to bring to your attention the above requirement and advice you to collect your processed Students Identification Card or apply for new ones before the election dates.

NOTE: NO OTHER DOCUMENT WILL BE USED FOR IDENTIFICATION OF STUDENTS
