Arab League Cooperation in Technical Training

Amb. Mohand Ladjouzi, Assistant Secretary of League of Arab States and the Director General of Arab Fund, Cairo, Egypt led a delegation of the Nations of Arab League including; Egypt, Oman, Somalia, Iran, Algeria, Libya and Saudi Arabia to the closing ceremony that culminates a one-week training on advanced welding such as underseas, pipeline welding. The workshop is part of the programme offered by the Central Metallurgical Research and Development Institute (CMRDI), under the support of the Arab Fund for Technical Assistance to African Countries (AFTAAC). The training participants drawn from the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering were awarded with certificates.
