Seven Ph.D students virtually presented their proposals at SGAS in various areas of research while five students have proceeded to dissertation stage with their documents sent to examiner for marking. Two students have appeared for their final defense.

At the Department of Psychology and Human Development, 48 undergraduate students presented their research proposals during a 3-day workshop dubbed; ‘shaping careers through research and development’. Among 16 supervisors from the School of Hospitality and Human Ecology were the Director Prof. Richard Makopondo, Academic Team Leader, Prof. (Dr.) Solomon Juma Mumah, Dean of Students, Prof. Omondi Oketch and Dr. Cleophas Ondieki.
