Notice to Continuing Students

On behalf of the Technical University of Kenya (TU-K), I wish to welcome back the continuing students after the short break. You are advised to access Fees Payment Policy here for instructions on fees payment details. Please note that all students MUST meet the following conditions to be eligible to sit for University Examinations:

  1. Attend not less than 75% of the total Contact Hours of each of the prescribed courses
  2. Sign the nominal roll at the beginning of the Term/Semester for their names to appear in the respective class lists and examination lists. The link for signing the nominal roll can be accessed through the students’ portal.

To ensure that these requirements are met, a minimum of 60% of the fees payable MUST have been paid by Tuesday 26th October 2021
Students who will fail to pay fees by Tuesday 26th October 2021 will be required to defer their studies for a minimum one (1) Academic Year and a maximum of two (2) Academic Years. Notice to First Years

On behalf of the Technical University of Kenya (TU-K), I wish to welcome First years to the University. Please note that you were expected to pay fees in full before the start of the Term in order to access University services. Please note that all students MUST meet the following conditions to be eligible to sit for University Examinations: -

  1. Attended not less than 75% of the total Contact Hours of each of the prescribed courses; and
  2. Signed the Nominal Roll at the beginning of the Term for their names to appear in the respective Class Lists and Examination Lists. The link for signing the Nominal Roll can be accessed through the students’ portal.

To ensure that these requirements are met, no registration of new students shall be allowed beyond Tuesday 26th October 2021
